A Year of Employee Appreciation
Pick out one day per month (perhaps the 2nd Friday or a designated slow day) and reward the work your employees do for you. Understand that employees may not want to participate in all these activities, however, this list is diverse enough that you should be able to meet the wants of your employees most of the time.
January: Host a Virtual Reality Day
